I've Got Nothing

Very tired today. I 've got nothing. Maybe because of a new workout this morning where Emily kicked my butt. I am grateful to her for the coaching and inspiration I received, and even the exhaustion. And long term, resilience of the body that will rise up again. Thank you! I am happy I have some time today to rest and restore and drop into peacefulness at accepting the process.
