Meditation

My own serious meditation practice began in 1980, under the tutelage of Marci Kersten of Jamaica Plain, Ma. The power of meditating with the colors of the chakras became apparent to me very quickly, as the benefits of our practices were quickly experienced by myself and my classmates. More enhanced intuition, calmer overall state, freedom from various types of stress, more groundedness, a more balanced energy field as well as self-awareness of it, and stepping over the threshold into a transformational process that would ensue for the rest of my life.
Since that time my training and exposure in meditation has been extensive. Some of these methods include zen buddhist approaches, kundalini meditation, guided imagery & visualization, Barbara Brennan Healing Science, Kabbalistic meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and so much more. Over a 25 year period I have taught many of my clients to meditate and assisted them in hurdling the obstacles that present themselves to many as they start to work with their minds in such a different way. It has become my passion and joy to do this, and I have developed a number of multi-week Meditation Class Series that I offer several times annually. The titles of those classes are:
