This is an introduction for new meditators as well as a helpful review to those already practicing, as it provides new insights and in-roads to self-discovery. A gradual progression toward effective and safe methods for your individual purposes will be explored and experienced. The material of this class is taken
from an ancient Buddhist practice to develop conscious awareness.

Linda Preston, Facilitator. She is a 1996 Graduate of A Society of Souls, a 4 year training for Kabbalistic Healers. Was in graduate studies there for 6 years, served as Assistant Supervisor of Kabbalistic Healers for 2 years, has a private practice of healing-counseling for 11 years working one on one with others. With over 25 years in the healing arts, she has a passion for sharing meditation with others, as it it a path of liberation and is life changing.
